Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Kayli McCarver brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local landscape to Invest Texas. Graduating with a degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University, she embarked on a journey in corporate marketing, honing her skills in strategic communication and brand management.

Kayli made the seamless transition into commercial real estate project management, leveraging three years of hands-on experience to streamline operations and facilitate smooth transactions. With her real estate license in hand, she expertly navigates the complexities of the industry, offering Invest Texas and its clients a personalized and knowledgeable approach.

Outside of the office, Kayli finds joy in cherishing quality time spent with her family and friends. As a devoted spouse and mother to her children, she cherishes the bonds that enrich her life. Fueled by a commitment to her community, Kayli actively volunteers with YoungLives Midland, investing time and effort into supporting the next generation and fostering a brighter future for the community.
